Visa Information

PASSPORT AND VISA REQUIREMENTS

Foreign nationals from the EU, EEA or Switzerland are exempt from the visa requirement. There are also some nationalities outside the EU who do not require a visa.

Participants requiring a visa should apply immediately to a consular office or a diplomatic mission of The Netherlands in their country in order to avoid a delayed arrival to the Conference. Please note that the visa application procedure can take a long time. We advice you to request information at the embassy and ask for documents they require issuing a visa for you for the Conference.

INVITATION LETTERS

EurAAP, the official organizer of the EuCAP2014 conference, is pleased to send a letter of invitation to any conference delegate, speaker, exhibitor or visitor requesting it.

The request for the invitation letter should be send by e-mail to eucap2014@congrexholland.com, indicating the following information:

- Full name
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Passport number

Invitation letters will be send digitally by e-mail. In case you would like to receive the original, it will be send by normal post.

Please be advised that invitation letters will only be provided based on the completion of your registration and when full payment for the registration fee is submitted.

Any request for invitation letters send by express mail, are subject to a costs of €25 for administrative and shipment expenses.
