REGISTRATION FEES

The registration fees include**:

- 21% local VAT

- Associated Societies Members/Non Members/ Students/Retired Members Fees: 

the attendance to the sessions and exhibition with a copy of the conference proceedings, the welcome drink, the morning and afternoon refreshments and the luncheons. Associated Societies are: EurAAP, AMTA, IEEE, IET. Lunches for the students are sponsored by the local Universities. (Technical University of Delft, Technical University of Eindhoven, Université Catholique de Louvain)

- Exhibition Visitor:

the access to the exhibition area, the morning and afternoon refreshments, the luncheons

- Application Tracks:

the access only to the sessions related to the Application Track, the morning and afternoon refreshments, the luncheons. The list of final Application tracks will be published with the conference program.

* Early Bird Registration is available on or before Friday, February 21, 2014, h 00:00 Central European Time.  For early registrations, we must receive the Bank Transfer payment on or before February 20, 2014. Payments received after this date will be considered late and extra fees will apply.

**Student Fees are offered to Students up to 30 years old; Retired Fees are offered to retired colleagues.

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Participants can register an accompanying person at the price of €100.00.

This allows access to the Welcome Cocktail on Monday 7 April and the Conference Dinner on Wednesday 9 April. It is also possible to book tours for your accompanying person in the registration process. More information is available on the Social Tours page.

APPLICATION TRACKS

EuCAP 2014 will feature a sessions track focussing on applications.  The list of final Application tracks will be published with the conference program.

Delegate can opt for attending the conference only for the days containing a given application track. The Application Track fee includes the attendance ONLY to the sessions taking place during the two days focusing on a selected application, the morning and afternoon refreshments and the luncheons.

This Fee does not allow the submission and publication of Paper.

CANCELLATION

Notification of registration cancellation must be made in writing to Congress secretariat Congrex Holland BV

Cancellations until 3 March 2014 will be accepted with a refund of all prepaid fees less a 50 EUR administration charge. Cancellations after this date will not be eligible for refund.

CHANGES TO YOUR REGISTRATION

Additional purchases or changes to your registration can be done later, by logging in using the username/password provided during the first registration access.

EXHIBITORS AND SPONSORS

Exhibitors and Sponsors can register their Conference Delegates and Stand Personnel using their Discount Codes. Discount codes will be provided to Exhibitors and Sponsors in order to access the free or discounted registrations, included in their Exhibition or Sponsors Package.

The Discount Codes gives them the access to 

-    Exhibitor Delegates registration (as per the booked package)

-    Stand Personnel registration (€75 per day)

HOTEL BOOKINGS

Participants can book their hotel via the registration form. More information on the hotels is available on the Hotel Page.

LETTERS OF INVITATION

Please see the VISA Information page for more information, or request your letter during the registration process.

PAPER PRESENTATIONS

At least one of the authors of each paper must register for attending the conference, and, it is not possible for any person to register more than two papers in his/her name as “presenting author”. Only paper complying to the EuCAP regulations will be published.

POSTER PRESENTERS

In order to avoid carrying your poster to the conference, we offer the possibility of having it printed by the organisation for a price of €25.00

Presenter who would like to take advantage of this opportunity, can indicate this in the registration form.

SHORT COURSES

The registration to the Short Courses is part of the conference registration procedure.

SOCIAL EVENTS

The attendance to the Social Events must be booked by the registration procedure. Registered Conference Delegates can add their Guests and register them in the Social Events.

TECHNICAL TOURS

Registration to the Technical Tours will be available on-site at the conference.
